I beg to enclose you the Particulars of the Names of the Purchasers of Ground from the Government, furnished me from the Land Office,
and in which Messrs Bush & Co. are described as the Purchasers of Inland lot 91 for Joseph Gibbone Livingston (the now Defendant).
Referring, however, to the conditions of Sale of March 1846, I find the Entry of Inland lot 91 as Bought by Bush & Co. by R. Rangel (their Clerk): on speaking to Mr. Bush he says he did not buy
